The property was nice. It has a small pool for all to use. When I booked the property I thought each room had their own small private pool. I really enjoyed the space and being across from the beach. You have a nice view from your balcony. There are a few restaurants on the same strip as well as a pharmacy. The mattresses do need to be updated. You also need to be careful walking in to the apartment, bathroom and master bedroom. There is a step and I forgot about it the second night and fell. I would definitely stay there again.

Bajo mi experiencia mi habitación estaba muy sucia, los muebles tenían polilla, el lavamanos estaba tapado, el calentador de la ducha cortaba mientras te bañabas y habían insectos. Las toallas estaban sucias con manchas marrones. Fuera de eso la localización es muy buena y la piscina fue lo más que disfrutamos. Está cerca de la playa y de los mejores restaurantes.

Hotel advertised a pool but its for a private room only. Air conditioner did not get cold, spent worse two nights of my vacation at this place. No light for guest to enter room in second floor and could not enter room without putting on my phone light. Do not stay here.

There not control at the pool at night, what look like people from outside were jumping the fence to use it, also around 3:00 am there were people at the pool drinking and talking loudly leaving trash and broken glass, also the music at the near bar was so loud that I could sleep. Parking is a joke, only four for so many rooms… I’ll never stay or recommend anybody to stay in this place… I understand that some of the issues are not under control of the owner but it was a horrible experience to stay in this place

Great place! It's a Guest House, but everything private. Self-check in with a code they will email. In my experience the person who gave maintenance told us that Expedia had not sent the information of the guest staying and they new they had a reservation, but didn't have our e-mail to send the code, so just in case after doing your reservation, call the place and let them know you made a reservation through Expedia so they can send you an e-mail with the self-check in information. The room we chose was #3, just in front of the mini pool, which was lovely. Housekeeping will only go into your room if solicited. They leave towels for the pool, a little cafe machine for self-preparing coffee in the mornings in the hallway. The location is 12 minutes near Rincon, if that's what you are insterested with out paying the overpriced price of Rincon. The view was breathtaking every morning, every day. This guest house room is super practical, if you want to get out and explore and have your own vehicle or rental. Angelo was very helpful. Budget-friendly and simple with wonderful views! I recommend! Also, there are nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner!!

Hace falta más estacionamiento y un refrigerador pequeño en la habitación. Lo demás estuvo espectacular, muy bonito el hospedaje.

The location is great and close to everything, especially places to eat and have breakfast. The property is nice and comfortable, with hot water and good amenities, though a bit of maintenance is needed in some areas. What truly stands out is the staff—they are excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this place, mainly because of their outstanding service.
