Nice apartment let you feel comfortable

Place was great city was amazing

This is an amazing place to stay for a few nights or longer. I can only recommend it, but you will need a car to get around.

Great value for the cost. Maybe the furniture in the unit could have been a bit better maintained, but all in all, it was a great stay at a beautiful building.

The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. Thank you.

I spend 5 nights in this hotel,and on none of them they cleaned mi room,I understand that the place is green and environment friendly but that doesn't mean is not clean,that was unacceptable. At night and early mornings (until 9am something)there was nobody in the desk,and they didn'tsay anything when I registered myself, I had an emergency at night, the electric door for my room was with no battery and nobody was there to help me,next they the desk front people just don't care about it. The building was nice overall but I wish I could know more about this place before my booking.

La habitación es linda. Muy completa. Pero reservamos dos habitaciones de la misma categoría y tamaño y solamente nos dieron una que correspondía. La segunda era una habitación más chica además de que estaba a 15 pisos de distancia. La segunda habitación presentaba algunos incovenientes como una ventana que no cerraba correctamente por la cual entraba el viento y enfriaba la habitación considerablemente.

Muy buen lugar.

En general la estadía fue un 8 de 10, el lugar está muy bien ubicado y el personal es amable (con excepción de la Sra. que "aparta" su lugar en el coworking), sin embargo hubo varios temas de limpieza en el depto, había mucho polvo y pensamos que es por qué las ventanas no cerraban del todo bien, aunque estaban cerradas, se metían insectos y silban durísimo cuando hay viento. Recomendaria el lugar por la ubicación pero también recomiendo revisar el depto asignado antes de aceptarlo del todo.

Lugar muy bonito cómodo y limpio excelente vista y buena ubicación cerca de todo aeropuerto, central de camiones y centro de Queretaro todo a 10 minutos aproximadamente
