Hooks for coats would be nice, it isn’t ideal in wintertime having to store a coat in a cupboard. We could also hear everything happening in the hallways (doors slamming, people coughing, etc). Otherwise, the room itself was very nice, perfect area to stay in, the view from our room was quite nice as well. Would stay again in this hotel if I were to go to Quebec City again. Excellent quality for the price point.

Clean room

The online check in and communication was excellent. Hosts were quick to rectify our concerns i.e. no dishwasher or washing macine in our unit. Room did not look like the ones in the photos as there was no exposed brick. The unit was clean and efficient. Location was fantastic. Small things like bathroom hooks for towels, pizza cutter in kitchen, and a few bottles of water would take the unit from good to great!

We had an awesome stay at Le 31 McMahon! We would stay there again and again. It's a great location, walking distance to everything in Quebec City. The friendly staff are top notch.

The room was excellent. The kitchen is top-level. Both showers are very good. Much work has been done to modernize the historical building. My family would definitely stay again.

Unreal location in Old Quebec and has everything you need for a great stay! Next time we visit Quebec, this will be our choice of accommodation!

It was spotless, and close to the Old Quebec, with all amenities, even washer and dryer! We went to skateski and were able to wash our dirty clothes before going back home!

The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location to walk around the city. I was nervous about parking, but they were quick to reply with a list of nearby parking garage options. The digital keys worked great too.

We stayed on the top floor in 304. This is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two full baths. It has a fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Best of all is the location. While being close to the old town attractions, it is a quiet street and neighborhood with great restaurants.

My family of 3 adored this self-service hotel! It’s in a great spot located within the old city walls of Quebec City. They communicate very well with questions we had and support. The room and building is of very good quality finishings. We were very impressed.

We rented a small apartment with a kitchen. Everything was clean. There were enough cutlery and utensils for us to cook a nice meal and create a nice breakfast in the morning. We had to get used to getting to our room and find a parking without anyone on site to help. But the service on the phone was great. A pleasant stay.

The room was very nice, and the location of the hotel was unbeatable. There were some many things to go see around the location, and it was very accessible to get anything we needed.
