We truly loved our stay. The interior and design are exceptionally refined and tasteful, with many beautiful details that create a special atmosphere. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the Missoni blanket and other carefully selected design elements. The early check-in option and warm, personal hospitality made our arrival very comfortable. Everything felt elegant, calm, and intentionally curated.

The owner was amazing and obviously cares so much about this hotel and guests. The room was amazing with some great high quality touches. Just a slight shame it is on a road with some run down buildings but don’t let that put you off. Also coffee is great with the Miele machine but only allowed one a day. Washing clothes is available but at a cost.

I had a pleasant stay at The Joseph. Ignas and the team were very kind and polite, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The room was nice, and the price was reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress — it was too soft and not very comfortable, which made it hard to sleep well. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The place is hard to find, and then you have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs. There is no elevator. Check-in is a nightmare. We rang the doorbell many times, but it didn't seem to work, and the front door was locked. There is no common space. The manager is unfriendly and confrontational. There were many flies in the room. The room is a little cramped. We put our towels on the floor, but they hung the same towels back up. They never changed the bedding. For the entire stay, they didn't give us any new shampoos or conditioner.

We had a great stay at this place. It was quiet, the rooms were clean, neat and nice and the bed was comfortable (had really good nights there). Potable water available in the room was a plus. The gentleman running the establishment was very kind and helpful. Double points for having good shampoo and hair conditioner, not some off brand 3in1 stuff. Location is perfect as well. 10/10 would recommend.
