Very convenient location, the hotel itself is already a little bit "tired". Breakfast was very good. Interesting place for walkable Antwerp visit.

Not sure why we were hearing certain sounds from the “pipe” or “ furnace” right under the window inside the half enclosed structure.

Staff were all friendly, breakfast quite nice, but rooms felt tired and lifts were noisy / loud from rooms.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Theater Hotel. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Although the hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, the staff made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly friendly. But the rooms were outdated and tatty.

Very convenient location

We were in Room 112. Perhaps this review only applies to this particular room. Our suite (family of 3) was dated, but it did seem to suit the overall feel of the hotel. It was located RIGHT beside the elevator and we heard each time it was used. Outside our window was a parking lot. Luckily it wasn't used by too many cars because we could have reached out our window and touch them. Our beds were uncomfortable. The shower drain was clogged so we had fix it so we didn't flood the bathroom. It was in a walkable area and the staff were nice.

Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room.

The hotel was really old and not clean

2nd year that we have stayed at the hotel. For are annual vacation. Can’t wait until next year to return Southampton/Portsmouth pigeon boys

This is kind of old style hotel. It comes with all basic need.

Odanin temizligi kötü idi. Klima calismiyordu ve bir not yazilarak belirtilmisti. (Bunun yerine keske tamir etselerdi) Genel olarak vasatin altinda bir oteldi

Overall really good. Clean and comfortable. Quiet large room, only thing is that rooms are tired and a bit run down. Could use a refresh in the room I was staying in. Overall really good experience. Not 4 star, closer to 3 but good value for money.

The state of the hall on the 1st floor where our room was located (120) and the walls in the room as well as bathroom and beds do not reflect the 4 star rating. Also super noisy. Breakfast and lobby are great.

The room needs modernising, especially the bathroom. No walk in shower made things tricky.

The hotel was nice and the staff were great but the property really could use a refurbishment it’s a bit dated
