Had booked for 3 adults and one teenager. Original advert said two rooms, but booking said one. When arrived realised there was one queen bed and a sofa bed which didn’t fully open up. Had to call the host to attend and he arrived 1 hour later. He also couldn’t fully open the sofa bed because it was effectively short on length, which meant it was ok for one person sleeping across the width of the sofa, it no space for another person. Was offered another apartment but it was 5 mins drive away, and the main reason for booking this site was its location (excellent being 2 mins walk from Rogers centre) as we had tickets for the baseball game. Offered to bring air mattress which we ended up using. Was tight in the apartment but we managed.

Very clean excellent location, easy to park walk to any major attraction or to Union Station. I would highly recommend this.

It was clean and I really liked the pool and sauna I liked everything abt this place

The location is fantastic.

Good location...having to wait 20 minutes for an elevator was ridiculous with no option to take the stairs.

An amazing view! Location couldn’t have been better to access Toronto iconic sites. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The aptartment was clean and upgraded to early check in at 2pm which was simple. And also for late check out which was worth it as the pool was sunny for the morning and in the afternoon in summer it is completely shady. My only complaint is that the shower area needed a proper scrub with bleach as there was some mold in the right hand corner and the tiles also needed cleaning.

Great alternative to a hotel and great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again. Only thing is the elevators are slow for being such a big busy place.

Place was clean, swimming under the CN Tower was cool and a 5 minute walk to the Rogers Centre.

We booked an apartment with 3 double beds. It did not mention on the listing that one of these beds was not in a bedroom but in the hallway behind a curtain. That definitely put a dampener on our arrival and some difficult discussions with our daughters about who would be sleeping in the corridor for our 4 night stay. Our room was on the 42 floor with stunning views of the water, islands and airport - we had no idea we would be this high up and it took a little bit of adjusting to with the floor to ceiling windows. If you’re assigned a room like this you definitely don’t need to book the CN Tower

I would never stay with Insuit Rentals again. I was required to pay a $300 damage deposit at check-in, and after checking out I was repeatedly told it had been released. My bank has since confirmed that the funds have not actually been released. When I tried to follow up, my messages were ignored, and during my most recent phone call the representative hung up on me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and at this point it feels like they are withholding my deposit with no communication. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.

Thank you for the stay

We really enjoyed the views and the balcony. We did not like the over 15 minute waits for an elevator to arrive, often full of cleaning/maintenance staff and having to wait for another. We did not get the apartment we booked, it was to be a three bedroom with a pull out couch. There wasn’t a pull out couch and the “third bedroom” was a bed in an alcove with a privacy curtain, very disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was excellent - very convenient for downtown Toronto, Union Station, the waterfront, Rogers Centre, restaurants, and family activities. Alex and the Life Suites team were kind, responsive, and very helpful before and during our stay. They assisted with parking, check-in details, pool access, extra towels, and detergent, which we really appreciated. The children absolutely loved the suite and the amenities, especially the pool. There were a few minor maintenance items in the unit, but the team was responsive when we brought them to their attention and confirmed everything was documented. Overall, the stay was memorable, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Spacious

Booked this property specifically for the proximity to Roger’s Center AND bc I needed parking on site since I was driving from Buffalo airport. When I got there, parking was extremely confusing. By the time I got checked in, I was told there was no parking on site bc the lot was full. Check in was complete chaos, 2 security guys checking everyone in while helping with luggage. It was a joke. The room itself was ok. I was only staying one night. No amenities at all, just a bed and pull out sofa that was broken. Not even a single bar of soap. Not enough blankets or towels and it was only my son and I. Definitely could have stayed somewhere cheaper and gotten more. Totally disappointed.
