The Masrriott-Casablanca is a very nice hotel and its is well maintained. Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the property and the service rendered throughout. Special mention to Karina, the Concierge. To Fanta who cleaned my room. To Illias, Amina and Abdul in the restaurant, who are very attentive to their guests. To Mohammed who managed the luggage. To all the hotel staff that all go out of their way to help the hotel guests have a pleasant stay. It is a full service 24/7 hotel.

Lovely large suite on the top floor. Staff excellent access breakfast. M lounge also very good. Nice location

I was only there one night but it was a very comfortable hotel with all staff being amazing especially the breakfast team and the doormen.

We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi. Breakfast was okay, but tajines were covered with a very heavy lid that made it hard to get anything because there wasn't enough space to put the lid down.

The amenities are outdated. The room is just like a three stars hotel. The area around hotel are not very safe. The staffs at front desk and restaurant are friendly but the A/C maintenance worker was kind of rude. It is not worth to stay in the hotel with such a high price.

Most delicious food. The service was exceptional. Everyone especially Amina, Karen’s, Andy, Latifa and Ilyas went above and beyond to take care of our family. Highly recommended.
