The staff were great , very helpful and accommodating . It was hard to communicate in english but for the most part things were okay . As for the cleanliness , the couches were not clean , the mattress was very hard to sleep on and there were no iron board , iron or hair dryer (we had to ask for them). The place is surrounded by construction , we could hear some noise on the third floor. The road was mostly closed due to construction so we had to find a path around the hotel to take the high way. Lusail city is very beautiful .there are a-lot of land marks and food options . We enjoyed our time touring the city.

I loved this hotel and staff very much. Location was perfect silent and clean. The staff were perfect. They were helpful and kind. Reception and cleaning guys were great. I give 5 star!!!

A lot of the furniture particularly the bathroom are old and dated. The room had an old stale smell. I did not stay the entire stay.

The room has no fridge and even hair dryer is not available. Evening receptionist is so rude! “You have booked, xxx room and now you are 8 people there”. 😱? How can 8 people fit into a small room?? I encourage hin to go to our room, and check for himself! Then I’ve ordered additional bed, immediately they’d asked for the payment. Afterwards i need to follow up with pillow and blanket unfortunately no blanket was provided,

For no reason property claimed that we broke the room TV!!! So unprofessional
