The room was quite clean but the towel was worn out. Don't look clean. Tv was not functioning at all. The person at the counter don't know to speak any language and very basic English. Very difficult for the customer to communicate or to get any information. Hardly can speak English. Only can understand a few words in English

The air-cond is not cold enough, the TV does not work,

no towels provided, no table, no hot water kettle,
