There was a slight issue with the AC in my room as it was quite loud, which could be improved. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, which made the stay smoother. The location is a big plus—well-connected and easy to get cabs, making travel convenient. Since I’ve stayed at Bloom properties before, the check-in process was especially smooth this time. I just had to share my details and complete the process via a link, which was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel - HiTec for a 13-day business trip and had a very smooth experience. Unlike many places in the area, there were zero power disruptions, and the AC worked perfectly throughout. The rooms are moderately spacious, and most importantly, the bed and linens were consistently clean and comfortable. The security and room service teams are excellent and truly go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. A special shout-out to Mahiruddin from the room service/facility team for his outstanding hospitality—he really made the stay better. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast spread, which could use more variety. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting HiTec City!

There was a good spread, the food was fresh and well prepared, and the dining area was clean and organized. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, everything from service to aesthetics was thoughtfully done, making the stay comfortable and hassle free. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and would happily recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and reliable place to stay.

Worst hotel experience. Paid ₹4500 for a “standard” room but even basic facilities didn’t work. TV not working, bathroom exhaust not working, no towels or toiletries provided. Every small thing required calling reception. Staff kept giving excuses like “technical issue” instead of fixing anything. The hotel smells heavily of artificial fragrance and the building feels completely sealed with no fresh air or windows — very suffocating. Don’t trust the fake reviews. At this price, you can easily find much better hotels. Not recommended at all.
