Alhamdulillah, the first experience was impressive and full of stories, starting with the children's olympiad that reached the National level at the UGM campus, remembering to look for accommodation near UGM, Alhamdulillah the room was clean, the AC worked, the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Fun, recommended on a budget...

The location is very strategic and the price is very affordable. Luckily, we were only in transit for a few hours, but we were able to rest comfortably before our next activity. Thank you.

The bathroom smells a bit, the smell comes from the drain.... I stayed for 2 nights but the towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned or tidied up even though I left the key at the reception.

For those who need to go to the UGM campus and its surroundings, this guesthouse is quite representative with a suitable price.

Strategic location inside the UGM campus, breakfast doesn't have many choices but it's quite tasty, food and drinks in the cafe are also delicious and the prices are very affordable, the room facilities are quite old, the AC is cold, hot water is smooth but the TV has no signal, overall it's ok with a rate of around 300k

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is in the UGM campus area, suitable for families, you can run around the campus in the morning. The AC is adequate, the hot water is okay, the closet needs to be repaired, the TV has poor antenna signal.

The hotel is clean. Get to eat and drink. The waiter is friendly. I just had a horror experience, I got disturbed 3 times after sunset. Cuss, don't stay overnight. Just put the bag away. Just go back and get your bag.

Customer service was not satisfactory, aqua was requested first and then given, the room was not maintained, the internet on the 2nd floor was not working so we moved to the lower floor, the price given was too expensive with what we got, the only winner was the location near the UGM roundabout , so we can go for a walk for exercise.
