The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious and very suitable for my taste, and it's also quite close to TP Mall and Gubeng Station. If I go to Surabaya again, God willing, I'll stay here again🥰

I've had two staycations at SRV. The place is nice, the rooms are spacious, the view is great, and the staff are friendly.

Stayed in room 5002. Upgraded to deluxe. Spacious room, twin bed can accommodate two people, the mattress size is not too narrow. There is a window but the view is a wall, no problem, just close the curtain. The bathroom is clean, hot & cold water is normal. Clothes hangers in the bathroom are lacking. Amenities & mirrors are quite adequate. Storage & power outlets are also adequate. Friendly staff, helpful receptionist and security. Allowed to leave luggage in the lobby when checking out. Strategic location, affordable price, adequate facilities.

I love this hotel, but unfortunately, I booked a family room yesterday. The room and other amenities were fine, but the air conditioning wasn't adequate for such a large room. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the comfort level.

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, and the rates affordable. I'll likely stay here again if I visit Surabaya again.

Not so satisfied because the check-in time was late, and I had to wait for the key to an empty room first, the parking lot was narrow and the car key was held by the security guard, so I wasn't very free to go in and out of the hotel.

A pretty good hotel. Close to the city center. It has a beautiful rooftop. The only downside is that the TV is only local. I'd recommend adding cable. That would be great.

Good hotel.. According to the rating.. The location is also easy to find.. For car parking, use valet who is ready to help.

I've been a regular every time I visit SBY, and my favorite is the family room. The staff are all friendly. Last time I stayed, I got a superior room but was given a free upgrade to a deluxe room 😍. Thank you so much, SRV. I'll definitely stay here when I visit SBY ☺️.

Very nice hotel! The room is spacious and clean enough, comfortable shower, there is a kettle, I liked the rooftop pool and the restaurant with a beautiful view. I really liked the breakfasts (I'm vegan and I still found something for myself), also in the lobby there is a water machine to fill your bottle. Wi-Fi works very well everywhere

I've stayed here countless times, even since the hotel first opened. Every Ramadan, I definitely stay here if I want a staycation. I usually do it two or three times a year. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and nice. I've even gotten room upgrades a few times. It's always a great place to stay when I'm in Surabaya 🥰
