Note: This property is managed by Travelio, so it will be difficult to complain to Traveloka. The room is comfortable and clean, enough for three people (1 queen bed + 1 single bed). Narrower than expected, but overall still comfortable to wear. Lift access is difficult. Since it was only a daily rental, we were not given an access card to use the lift. So every time you leave and want to go in, you have to look for a security guard first. The security guard is not standing by in the lobby, so you have to go to the office to ask for help. Sometimes you have to wait over an hour just to get on the elevator and go back to your room. The Room Boy (the officer from Travelio who helps prepare the room and provides the key) is friendly and very helpful. It's just a problem with Travelio's own management and the apartment management. Access with ITS is easy. Can walk for those who are used to walking at least 3km per day (PP). You can use an online motorbike taxi or taxi if you don't feel like walking. While writing this review, I am still staying (haven't checked out yet). So we don't know whether the check out process and deposit return is easy. Please remember that the deposit is paid via transfer or credit card after check-in. Customer service responses on the application, telephone and WhatsApp are very slow and do not provide solutions. Finally, I often turn to Instagram which is more fast responding and humane. Not recommended for those with a busy agenda and intend to go in and out frequently. If it's just for an overnight stay, it might still be recommended.
