Once I got a place to stay that didn't even have bathroom facilities.

Security is not good, there was an incident of extortion, and asking for a deposit card in the name of the receptionist so that the person took the deposit card and exchanged it. Irresponsible service, not recommended at all.

The hotel staff is not friendly, the service is mediocre, the rooms are basic, the point is not comfortable at all from arrival to departure. Just stay here once.

Yesterday I chose the wrong date, but I couldn't get a refund. It's a shame that the service is like this, even though I come here quite often.

The room does not match the order. Canceling is not possible, but provides facilities that are far different from the order. The room is a bit smelly, next time improve the service & comfort of the room. Thank you.

Tuk harga sangat membantu sekali, apalagi yang cuma transit seperti saya kemaren dalam pengurusan sekolah anak saya, kita bisa dapet harga hemat (tp tidak termasuk sarapan) para penjaga homestay kooperatif semua, TAPI yang jadi masalah si petugas cw yang teriak-teriak, mungkin gaya bercandanya begitu dengan teman-temannya, tp jujur dengan suara melengking sangat-sangat mengganggu, trus saat itu masih pagi-pagi pula, tolong lebih selektif dalam mengkondisikan para pegawai nya 🙏 demi kenyamanan dan kelanjutan nama baik penginapan, karena setiap Ulasan sangat memengaruhi calon konsumen.

Cheap prices, clean rooms, complete facilities, just a suggestion for the staff, please give them hospitality training, because after all you are in the hospitality industry.

Price OK. Convenient location. Clean rooms. The bathroom water is heavy.

Already ordered and asked for it on the 1st or 2nd floor but was given on the 3rd floor. The sheets were dirty, the TV was there but couldn't be turned on because there was no digital server, the bathroom sink leaked, the shower water was really small, there was no additional faucet if you wanted to do ablution, the air conditioner cannot be swing because it is broken, the service is lacking. The good thing is that the location is in the middle of the city so you want to go anywhere near the airport, malls, stations, and so on.

The service is very lacking, lots of damage in the room. It has been complained that it has not been fixed.

The bedroom and bathroom are a bit smelly. No toothbrush and paste.
