So bad! Already booked, even got there, the price was different and he said he didn't cooperate with Oyo, so he had to book, pay cash directly 150/room.

Ada penambahan sewa nginap padahal sudah bayar lewat aplikasi, fasilitas kamar yang kurang memuaskan, seperti handuk basah (mungkin bekas dari costumer sebelumnya), TV yang kabelnya terputus, seharusnya kamar sudah di sediakan sebelum check in karena pemesanan telah dilakukan beberapa jam sebelum check in, tapi kamar dibersihkan setelah kami datang.
