Too expensive for such a room, the pillow was a mess, the sheet seems hasn't been changed. The bedding, the pillow, and bolster seem really old (yellow spots here and there). They have a deposit fee (refundable though) and a parking fee that are not informed up front.

The room I ordered was not suitable and was suddenly changed, the wifi was not working properly, there were no tissues, check in was late and I was asked to wait a very long time

Overall, it was a pleasant staycation here. The rooms were spacious, clean, with cool AC, smooth Wi-Fi, and provided cutlery and a pan for cooking. Amenities included bath soap and towels. The admin was responsive in answering WhatsApp messages and was very helpful with information, guiding guests through WhatsApp. The staff who handled check-in and check-out were also friendly. The view from the 33rd floor is excellent, and the location is strategically located near Taman Anggrek Mall/Hublife. Thanks.

There was no complimentary drinking water or tissues. The bathroom was clogged, the drainage wasn't working properly, and the AC in the living room leaked, causing my child to slip. The Wi-Fi couldn't be used even though I'd been informed. The duvet didn't have a cover, so it was a bit itchy. They promised to return the deposit upon check-in, but it wasn't returned until a few hours later when I asked for it.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean. The space is enough for the 5 of us. It's worth it.

I thought this was a hotel but it turned out to be an Airbnb listing so there is no free parking and you have to pay per hour so half a day can be 40-60 thousand just for parking!!!! Strategic location close to Taman Anggrek Mall and Central Park. The cleanliness is very bad, there are lots of small cockroaches and the cleaning method is still manual, please equip the staff with a vacuum cleaner or mop. The wifi is very unstable, sometimes very fast and mostly there is no connection at all. The admin staff must be followed up either to clean the room and repair damaged facilities.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's perfect for a staycation in the city center because it's very close to the mall.

The room is neat, clean, good facilities. There are toiletries but no toothbrush. There is an induction stove and cooking utensils available to heat food, there is a microwave and refrigerator.

Remember check in must be on time at 14.30, it can't be done any earlier.

Staying here is pleasant, close to the city and big malls, just a short walk away.

The staffs are nice and accommodating. The room is clean. I changed rooms a few times in different bookings, but this one is the best in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Too bad I can't extend my stay in the same room because it's rented out.
