Great service on my visit. Room was clean with spare pillow which is appreciated. A lady in reception was amazing. Helped me find my booking reference on my phone as I was having a long day with a little brain fog! Such a.lovely lady, I think her name was Clare. She gave my partner some ideas of things to visit in the area like St Mary's church. We visited Twycross zoo and caught clare again and she remember the children's names. Really feel like she made what is normally a generic premier inn stay feel special. The kids loved the zoo so we'll definetly be back.

Very disappointing experience with this Hotel Be carefull as they are greedy for money. I am surprised as they run big hotel chains but still they have greed for money. I booked 2-rooms for single night through Hotel homepage. While I was attempting to book the Hotel webpage broke down (hanged and then closed automatically) before the booking could be completed. I did not receive any booking confirmation email, but I have waited for next 2 days & tried to contact the hotel by phone which were unsuccessful due to the weekend. So, I had to confirm the booking as it was urgent and important for me. But later after my stay, I discovered that my credit card was charged twice for the same stay. I approached the hotel and explained the whole situation and requested a refund for the duplicate charge. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund. They were so strict and not cooporating at all. Despite of having all details they simply refused. Usually In such situations, customers expect cooperation from the hotel as a basic customer service gesture (good-will). Based on this experience, I find the hotel unfriendly and unfair to customers. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

This place is located in a brilliant spot which makes it very easy to get to anywhere in Hinckley really easily. Added to that I found myself in a bit of a pickle in that on arrival I realised that I had made a stupid error and left my overnight bag at home. The reception staff were incredibly understanding and very helpful and friendly. In particular Claire helped me by providing a phone charger so that my trip home was not undertaken without the reassurance of a working mobile phone in case of emergency. Even the staff at the associated Brewers Fayre were very helpful when I joked with them about the situation I found myself in. I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful they all were. The room was ok it was clean and adequate but as a woman travelling alone I was worried about the lock on the door especially in light of the recent news item about the woman who was assaulted by a stranger in the other hotel.

Had a very relaxing stay. Room was very spacious, and had a really lovely bathroom. Reception Staff very helpful when I spoke to them about a couple of things that I needed sorting in relation to my room. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast overlooking the Coventry Canal, watching the barges go by! Enjoyed my stay - Thank you! 😁⛴️🛶🏞️🕶️☀️

Pleasent last minute stay at this hotel. Reception staff was very friendly. Accommodation as you would expect from premier inns was excellent. Comfortable beds and quite evening, will stay again next timevim in the area.
