Employees are extorting money, I was fined on the charge that I smoked, even though my wife and I do not smoke. Please, the management of the Merlion Hotel take action against the female room cleaners, it seems like there is cooperation between the counter staff and the cleaning staff. During my time as a customer at the Merlion Hotel, this is the first time I feel uncomfortable anymore.

The hotel room is clean, the room smells good, the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately the water is small and the hot water is lacking. Also in the room there is no water heater. Also when I stayed there was no hot water even though the dispenser was on the grounds that the chef was on holiday.

There should be a kettle to make drinks for a hotel like the Merlion Hotel.
