Such a very dirty hotel. When we arrived, the bedsheets were not changed yet (they had visible stains), so we asked the housekeeper to change them. There were lizards in the hallway, and the blinds in the bathroom were incredibly dirty and smelled.

Thank God, all the services are okay... It's a shame I came here when the kids were on holiday, I really wanted to swim... Eehhh, the pool was being treated... Just a suggestion, if you're having a treatment, don't do it on the weekend... So you can't use the hotel facilities.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly, and there was a guy who usually worked as a cleaner there. I asked, "Sir, is it far from here to the station?" He actually drove me. I hope the guy is healthy.

There were no towels, so we had to wait for them to dry, and the bathroom smelled like sewage, and maybe even the water. Just one stay is enough.

2 nights stay here, for the service of the housekeeping staff is very good, friendly, and helpful. But for the restaurant service is very lacking, especially the ladies in the restaurant are unfriendly and rude. Breakfast on day 1 got it because breakfast was at 6:30, but on day 2 did not get breakfast even though it came down at 7:30 all the food was finished and had not been refilled. When asked for an estimate of 30 minutes to be cooked, it was very unfortunate to have to wait that long because we were in a hurry. Please try to improve the restaurant service again, and the swimming pool please take care of it because many of the floors are damaged which can make it dangerous and there is a lot of dust. But for the room and room lessons and reception are okay, please continue to improve it.

The manager was on leave during peak season, so breakfast was limited due to limited stock. We waited an hour for one item, and the breakfast staff was very limited. Disappointing. For a hotel with a price tag of around 600,000 Rupiah, the bed was infested with bed bugs, the walls were full of ants, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept. There were no towels unless requested.

A hotel that dares to set Eid prices but is completely unprepared to receive guests. When we entered the room, there were no towels at all. The mattress was full of bedbugs. The gong was breakfast, and by 7:00 the food had all been gone. They said they would refill it, but after 30 minutes, only one side dish arrived, and even that was a small one, so it was gone in no time. The side dishes came one by one every 15 minutes. The food was quite good, though. Only two restaurant staff were visible outside. The toast machine wasn't working either.

2x stay.. Everything is okay.. Price.. Clean.. Service.. Happy to stay at this hotel, recommended.. Definitely stay again if you go to Brebes, the hotel is close to everywhere..

In short, the place is comfortable and all the staff are friendly.

This SE Hotel is large and magnificent, but unfortunately, the elevator is too small, and there's no ramp for wheelchairs or luggage. So, you have to lift it up the lobby stairs.

worth it all, the food you order yourself tastes better, everything is delicious & comfortable, oh yes, there should be a shallow swimming pool for kids.

The staff is friendly and honest, my watch was an hour behind and was still there and kept.
