The hotel is nice, the elegant room is cool, the bed is soft and comfortable. However, the bathroom door can't be closed, the toilet is wobbly/the toilet screw is loose, the bathroom glass is a bit transparent (maybe a curtain or something could be added). The receptionist is friendly, and gives detailed information. The housekeeping is also friendly when giving towels. The food delivery person is also friendly. Because the receptionist said there was a problem at the restaurant and breakfast was delivered, so there were 2 staff who delivered breakfast. The female one was very friendly, polite, and smiling. Now the male staff, oh my God, from the moment I opened the door I had a smiling face but he (the male staff) was really grumpy, his face was down, and what's worse, his female friend put the food on the table inside, instead of helping, she just stayed at the door holding the food on the tray. Btw, I don't know if that's the SOP (only one of them put the food) or what, but to me it doesn't seem very gentlemanly. If that's the SOP, change the male who puts the food. Okay, maybe that's the SOP, but why does he have to be so grumpy with his face twisted like that? Is his face really like that even though he's smiled so many times? Can't he smile? I know work is tiring, not to mention the many problems he probably has in life. But, please be professional. Honestly, I'm in a bad mood, I don't know when to eat, but instead I imagine his grumpy, twisted face. Luckily, the female staff who is very friendly and smiles a lot can still cover it up. If we meet on the street/in the hallway, it's okay not to smile, but this is a face-to-face situation, when he's on duty meeting customers, how can he keep frowning? Other than that, he's been very good. The staff continues to guide him, and they have regular check-ups every month to find out what's broken in the room and fix it immediately. Honestly, I'm scared every time I go to the toilet, afraid the toilet will suddenly collapse because the screws aren't tightened. That's all, thank you. I hope you listen to your input🙏

Overall, everything was good, from the clean hotel area to the friendly staff. There's just one thing that I think needs to be improved going forward: the bedsheets and pillowcases had not been changed and were from the previous guest who checked into the room. Please pay more attention to these details in the future.

Such a very dirty hotel. When we arrived, the bedsheets were not changed yet (they had visible stains), so we asked the housekeeper to change them. There were lizards in the hallway, and the blinds in the bathroom were incredibly dirty and smelled.

Thank God, all the services are okay... It's a shame I came here when the kids were on holiday, I really wanted to swim... Eehhh, the pool was being treated... Just a suggestion, if you're having a treatment, don't do it on the weekend... So you can't use the hotel facilities.
