The owner was friendly and communicative. The location is also close to everything (especially for those who want to go jet skiing and visit Janji Maria).

There's no breakfast, but you can bring instant noodles, as there's a water heater. The location is also convenient to Tuktuk. The kids loved the proximity to the jetski rental, just a short walk from the accommodation.
