The room smelled of cigarettes, was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, and there was no elevator. There were no amenities whatsoever. It was very expensive, at Rp 450,000 during peak season. On weekdays, it was around Rp 170,000—a good deal for those facilities. The location was great, very close to Braga.

The cleanliness is lacking, the bed cover is not clean, the bathroom is not clean.

The shape of the room and the photo are quite different, the toilet is dirty and the sink water is off, the shower also has no hot water and comes out small, the toilet when opened is dirty black as if it hasn't been cleaned, the room's AC is also not cold even though the temperature is already 16 C.

The bedroom sheets were stained. Bathroom area is not properly designed: no cloth hanger, couldn’t take a shower while standing inside the showering area. Bad Wi-Fi: only accessible at the door.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of dirt in the toilet, the sheets were stained, the floor was dusty, the mattress was itchy, the pillowcases were stained, and the towels were very worn. I wouldn't stay there again.

Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty, especially the mattress and sheets, the water from the sink also looked brownish.

Clean and close to the city center

It was a shame that I checked in to room 201, but the bed was full of mites or tumbala so my body was itchy and the sheets and blanket were so dirty that I couldn't stand it.

There was a loud noise upstairs, making me uncomfortable and disturbed. The atmosphere was like an old building: dark, poorly lit, and cramped.

The hotel staff is very friendly, check in check out and wifi are smooth, access and attractions are good because it is very close to the city center, only the cleanliness of the linen, rooms, toilets and other amenities is very lacking, the food is not interesting but if the amenities and hospitality are improved, this hotel can be the right choice when visiting Bandung

Even though it's a city hotel... But there are bugs everywhere... It seems like the room has never been cleaned.

The bed was full of bed bugs, when we slept the bugs were crawling all over our bodies. The toilet was dirty and yellow with crust, the floor was dirty, very bad. Even though the location is very strategic. The hotel owner should renovate the rooms for the comfort of the guests.
