1. Parking area is small, there is security but it does not help when cars enter and exit. 2. The room is not soundproof, the sound of motor vehicles, the sound of other room doors, even the sound of small children can be heard so it is difficult to sleep well. 3. The size of the room is small (but we already knew at the beginning of purchasing the voucher), the water output is small, but still within acceptable limits. 4. The room is full of mosquitoes, while the window is locked and never opened, my child's legs and hands are full of mosquito bites even though he has used anti-mosquito lotion...anti-mosquito stickers... 5. The swimming pool is on the rooftop...cold and windy...the bathrooms for changing are all locked for both the women's and men's areas (within the specified operating hours). 6. There are no hairdryer facilities... coffee/tea... refrigerator.. electric kettle.. cupboard for storing clothes..... even complimentary drinking water is not provided... bathroom soap is not provided... only 1 toothbrush for staying at a price above 700 thousand per night is actually a bit disappointing... just try staying here once.... I am reviewing it so that it can be considered by the hotel and customers... because some of them are not hotel standards... maybe inn standards.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hot water works, and there's a swimming pool upstairs, and the kids were very happy. The service is friendly. The sheets are clean and the towels are clean. It's top notch. It's close to the mall, Alfamart, HokBen, and more, all within walking distance. Unfortunately, the room doesn't have a wardrobe and only has one hanger. Maybe they could provide more hangers. Highly recommended, and the price is worth it 👍

The towel doesn't absorb water, it's really bad. Asked for an absorbent one but there wasn't any. There was no soap either.

The place is comfortable, nice, clean. Too bad I didn't have time to swim because the weather in Bandung was cold when I stayed, so I chose not to swim. Overall OK. Got a good price too, next time I want to stay there again.
