The room and AC are good, very comfortable.

The location is in the city center so it's convenient to go anywhere.

Not all rooms have windows and there is no Netflix.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms and toilets are clean, and the showers heat up quickly. It's a strategic location for transit. Finding food is easy. Unfortunately, there are no tissues in the rooms.

I've moved to a deluxe room twice. The AC isn't cold, it's just not cool.

This is the best Redoorz, because it's so close to the station and MRT, making it very convenient to get everywhere. I've stayed here before, but unfortunately, the water was out the last time. I ended up having to check out early. Hopefully, something like this won't happen again.

The service was excellent. The receptionist was especially patient in helping us adjust our booking schedules. They were also understanding when checking out. The location is convenient for those in transit, as it's located next to the Sudirman Commuter Line and Dukuh Atas MRT stations.

Good strategic place because near public transportation (busway, train station) & many street foods at night. Hope they can improve the bathroom facility.
