The downside: the bathroom water doesn't drain quickly, remembering; the towel rack above the toilet is tilted (needs to be fixed); the soap rack in the shower is also tilted (needs to be fixed).

Stay here for 1 night and the room is comfortable, clean. Near jiexpo kemayoran. Also there is 24-hour lawson near the building.

lots of cockroaches, the excuse is sprayed 2x/month, for something called senior living or not it shouldn't be like this. asked for a room change but wasn't given, instead the staff just swept. there were cockroaches everywhere, not just the floor. sorry, won't be coming here again.

There are many baby cockroaches in the room and bathroom.

The food was delivered to the room, the side dishes were very small, two small pieces of tofu :), fast check +50% from the Traveloka price.

Have stayed here twice, because it is close to ji expo kemayoran. The room is spacious, affordable price. In the hotel area there is a mini market, and coffeeshop. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

decent, comfortable to be a choice to stay

This SLC is actually intended for accommodation for seniors, which is also commercially available to the public. So what is different from other accommodation, there are places to eat where we can use food utensils, but it's best to wash them immediately after using them. Because it is located on the 16th floor, the view is REALLY cool, both the rooms and the dining area. Refill drinking water as much as you like. The place to eat is also big and clean. If you bring small children, it's quite comfortable here because if you want to make milk or Manas food, there's a microwave in the dining area.

Came here because it's from PRJ so you can rest closer and be free from RIA traffic jams. Turns out it's not that close. That's not bad. 1. You can't check in too late, maybe because it's not really a public accommodation, this is actually for elderly physiotherapy. 2. The room is quite spacious, but the refrigerator couldn't be checked because there was still cut fruit left and there was a bad smell in it. Looks like it wasn't checked before the next guest arrived. 3. The man on duty was a bit unfriendly, he didn't even register for parking. Different from Ms, who is morning, friendly and very helpful. 4. There are not very many TV channels. 5. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush are available. There are no sandals. Overall OK. For just a break, there are many choices of food/snacks below. So you don't need to worry about food, coffee, snacks and there's Indomart too.

The hotel staff is lacking. Indeed, I made a mistake in my order, and the staff didn't understand. At first it said it could. Until after 1 night they were told they couldn't. Even though in other hotels (according to the experience of my friend who owns a hotel) you can. Yes, it's not the standard of a 3 star hotel. It was even said that the hotel didn't have toothbrushes and sandals. The bathroom has a lot of crust 😩. Big mattress 👍. But overall it's quite comfortable here.

For a spacious room at that price, and a good view. It was a real shame when the bathtub was dirty, the place to heat the drinking water in the room was dirty until it was crusty with mold and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and had to ask the hotel staff for help first to clean it (but I didn't want to drink the water provided🥲 I was already thinking negatively), the staff were friendly It's true, but that's how it is, plus breakfast, but it's not like I imagined, wow, it feels like I'm running out of steam🫠.
