The kostel is budget friendly with a good place, feels homey, quiet, and safe (there's a security post at the entrance gate), so you can rest properly. There is no lift, only stairs until the 3rd floor, but the staff helped me get a room near the lobby. Automatic entrance door, they have a small pantry and balcony but no laundry room. Deposit cash for 100,000 Rupiah by cash, not mentioned in apps and web, will return when check out time. My room is clean, and the AC is cold, the toilet was good, but the hot water did not function well. The Wi-Fi was bad, very slow, and disconnected, this is what I don't like. With an affordable price, this place is still worth it, near Lippo Karawaci mall and UPH. I might be back someday.

The TV is terrible, only has 1 channel, it's really noisy, someone's practicing tekondo, the room is being knocked on by someone, I don't know who. Basically, it's not nice.

nice... suitable for those who are on a budget wkwk clean room, clean toilet, cold AC with hot water for bathing, there is a mini fridge in the room, there is also a kitchen outside the room (there is a fridge, stove and dispenser) the place is safe because it is in a cluster. initially wanted 1 day but became 2 days because it was good, btw this is not a hotel so amenities are only soap.
