13:30 again... told to wait 30 minutes for a room to check in... finally it was 15:00 to get a room... had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator to have a turn... went up to the room with the wrong door password... waited another 20 minutes for the homestay to ask for the door password... the room was quickly given to the guest so there was no cleaning... the trip was extremely tiring

Nice and comfortable room, convenient location, quick elevator, no waiting, early check-in and early check-out are also ok.

Everything is ok, but it will flood when it rains, everyone be careful. There are no warning signs. The elevator takes a long time.

Old customers didn't clean up after drinking. There was a strong, fishy smell when the air conditioner was turned on.

The apartment is in a central location so it is very convenient to travel, the space is airy, check in and check out is easy. However, the room service is not good, the bathroom has no towels, the bathroom has no foot towels so it is very wet every time you shower, the bed sheets and blankets are reused so they are very old, the elevator takes a long time to wait.

The staff automatically opened the room door and put towels in without notice, while the guest was still inside? Called to complain and got into a fist fight with the guest? Traveled for 2 days and spent 1 day dealing with this, so disappointing.

Comfortable, clean accommodation, but had to wait a long time for the elevator when checking out.

In general, the room is just average, the air conditioner is cool and clean. The rest of the things in the apartment cannot be used: rice cooker, stove, microwave. Using the washing machine is also ok. Add some towels, when checking in they gave me 4 towels but they were very old and thin.

I experienced staying here for 1 night and felt that this place was not very good. The first thing when checking in was fine but the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, leaving a broken mirror under the towel causing my family member to bleed. The second thing, the curtain was very wide open and I asked the staff to bring a new electric kettle to fix it but they did not fix it so I had to call the person who checked in to ask them to fix it. The staff's refusal to fix the curtain made me unhappy about this. And besides, the 2 toilet water sprayers were both unstable and leaking. Not to mention, the apartment did NOT have spare sleeping pillows but had 2-3 decorative pillows in there for guests to use as pillows. This pillow emphasized that it was NOT a pillow for a headrest. Is it worth staying in an apartment so poor that there is NO spare pillow? Who is responsible for decorative pillows that require guests to use pillows that are too high, causing headaches for guests? Because the house has one extra person, and if there are a few extra people, the facility is just that poor? This kind of service should be closed down because there is no proper backup. So terrible. Luckily it was only one night!

The room is ok, close to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach, there are no restaurants around, you have to go to the center to find a good place to eat, at first the staff was a bit rude, but it's okay. Overall, it's very good for the price, except for the elevator that's always jammed, if you want to go to the swimming pool on the 36th floor, you have to have an elevator card for the 36th floor, if you book a room below, you have to ask someone on the elevator to press the button for you, you have to wear a swimsuit to swim, in general, the security guard at the swimming pool is quite strict, luckily the day I stayed there, I didn't have any noise disturbances or any spiritual incidents, 8/10
