This was my first time booking a good hotel through the app, but the downside was that my room was only on the 4th floor, not on the 22nd or 33rd floor where I wanted to enjoy the sea and city view, but it didn't live up to my expectations.

I went during the week, and the cost of the room was cheap considering how comfortable and spacious it actually was.

This place is very crowded because of the good prices. The rooms aren't very clean. However, the staff are very helpful in changing rooms.

Room: Clean, however, there was a lingering food smell. Amenities: Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, laundry detergent, and a washing machine. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Elevator: I went on May 18-20, Monday to Wednesday, so I only waited about 5 minutes for the elevator. Spiritual: I slept there for 3 days and 2 nights and did NOT hear any strange signs, strange sounds, crying, or any supernatural phenomena.

The room was clean, close to the Tam Thang Tower, within walking distance. The beach is nearby; if you arrive by motorbike, you have to park in the building's basement, charged at the same rate as outside guests: 20,000 VND per night, 5,000 VND per hour… You have to call the correct person to receive your check-in. The room was clean and okay, but the bathroom had a slight smell from the sewer. No ghosts.

The room was full of cockroaches, dirty, and lacked slippers. The sink was clogged, and they only provided one roll of stiff, low-quality toilet paper. The staff/owner spoke rudely and acted like they owned the place. After checking out, the guest reported forgetting something, and an hour after the guest had left for Saigon, they told the guest to come back and find it themselves. They refused to help the guest check the room during cleaning. Paying nearly 2 million VND per night on a holiday wasn't excessively expensive, but they should have been more professional during the holiday. The service is getting worse and worse; people shouldn't rent from them because the service is extremely unprofessional and neglectful.

Rest assured, you can sleep soundly, the room is clean and airy. Thankfully, I went to the temple but didn't get stuck in the elevator.

We request that the homestay address the issue with the cleaning lady of apartment Block A 21.49. The guest was supposed to check out at 12 PM, but at 11:25 AM she manually entered the door code to open the apartment without knocking. There were still about 35 minutes until the guest's check-out. Even if she was going to open the door, she should have at least knocked or rung the doorbell to ask the guest if anyone was there. If the guest wasn't in the apartment and there was any theft, it would be very inconvenient and time-consuming for both parties.

Two hours after checking in, the room was still damp, the sofa area felt sticky underfoot, like spilled soda hadn't been cleaned properly, but everything else was fine.

The room offers a beautiful ocean view and is spacious and well-ventilated. However, we noticed some issues during our stay. There were ants in the room, and the towels appeared quite worn. Additionally, the elevators were often very crowded, with waiting times of up to 30 minutes at peak hours. The staff and management could benefit from improved professionalism.

The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, quiet, and ideal for relaxation. The host was friendly and provided prompt assistance.
