Super bad service, unprofessional, feels unsafe

This is the second time I've stayed at The Song apartments, I have to say that every time I book a room and read reviews, I'm confused because it's 50/50 - a matter of luck. Today I experienced it! We booked 2 apartments with the same price on the 6th floor (both have 3 bedrooms), the sea view is very chill 1. Apartment 6.22 has nothing to complain about: ✅ The room is extremely clean ✅ The decor is very beautiful ✅ The hostess is very attentive, cheerful and friendly (because she came to clean the room when I checked out so I got to meet her) ✅ The room is fully prepared with a mini bar ✅ Basic amenities and new furniture, full and clean 2. Apartment 6.21 is the complete opposite, only has a larger size, better TV and good air conditioner. In addition: bad hygiene, old furniture, dirty floors

The first time I went, I was not used to it, so I kept looking for a room. The room was comfortable and fully equipped.

The room is very dirty. The balcony is full of trash. Cleaning products are all over the balcony. The kitchen is not cleaned properly. It smells bad. The room smells bad. There is hair on the mop. The staff has not cleaned it properly. The glass in the bathroom is not clean either. Overall, it is very bad to book a room here for such a price. The lady who checked in was friendly. The only thing is that the room is inconvenient. Parking is expensive. Walking far to get the car.
