It doesn't match the photos on the app. The location is far from UB, the host is unfriendly, the bedroom and bathroom are dirty, with leaks everywhere. No amenities, no toiletries. The TV doesn't work at all.

The bathroom is very dirty, towels are not provided every day, and the wifi doesn't work, slow response, the mat doesn't absorb so the floor gets dirty quickly after bathing.

When I wanted to check in, no one was guarding me, my ID card was confiscated, the room was dirty and dusty, the pillows were dirty, the towels had black stains, the toilet was dirty, there was no soap, shampoo, etc., the AC was hot, the water heater didn't work. It's a shame even though the room is quite big but it seems like it's not being taken care of. Hopefully it can be better.

Given a price of almost 900 thousand, you get a dirty room, dirty toilet, moldy bed, no hotel slippers, no soap/shampoo/toothbrush, it's really bad

Noone there when we were about to check in. We booked another hotel.

The electricity in the room went off several times and needed to be fixed. The room was very clean and the AC was not cold.

The facilities are quite complete for that price. But many are old and need to be replaced. So before it breaks, it should have been replaced with a new one.
