It's so bad, so horrible. The lights in the room flicker, the TV shows ants all over it, the AC won't adjust, the phone doesn't work, the room's interior is old-fashioned and unkempt, like a devil's servant's house, and the floor is dirty. I'm so fed up 😪

Sorry to say, the AC is not cold, the AC remote doesn't work, the water pipe in the bathroom is dirty, the sheets have spots, the pillows are damp. Then when I wanted to withdraw the deposit, I almost thought I was taking a towel because there was only 1 towel left in the room, even though when we first arrived, there was only 1 towel and it was still wet, how? Luckily I brought my own towel so it wasn't too much of a problem with the presence of that 1 wet towel haha. Overall not bad, the location is okay, I'm not expecting too much for a cheap hotel, thank you 👍.

Hotel staff named Tia is very good at communicating. The hotel looks magnificent in front Room 301 has a restaurant view, cold AC, bright lights, super large room with queen bed, spacious bathroom, hot water flowing smoothly, there is a bathtub but no cover. The downside is there is no electric kettle. There is a dispenser but no gallon. So you can't make coffee. Complete amenities. For those who say Horror, I'm also confused about where I got that impression? The plan was to book 3 nights but only 1 night because of the review. Regret only staying 1 night even though the price is very cheap with a great room. Recommend for those who want to take a trip to Pangkal Pinang.

The 2nd booking yesterday immediately got a room at the front. Alhamdulillah 😊.

At first, I got a room at the very back which was really creepy. I immediately complained because there were lots of apparitions during the day, let alone at night. Thank God I was given a room at the front. 😊.

The male hotel staff was very unfriendly and had a grumpy face, which was annoying even though I paid for it. Moreover, I had requested a room but my request was not responded to. But for the facilities, it was okay with that budget.
