Standard room on the first floor. It turned out to exceed expectations. Got the room as requested. The hotel is a bit inside a housing complex. The room is spacious, nice, and comfortable. The hot shower takes about a minute to get hot. The bathroom is spacious but there is no sink. The pillows are a bit small and a bit flat. There is a water cooker, coffee, etc., toothbrush, etc., clean towels. Close to the mall. In the morning/before the mall opens and on Sundays, there are no people selling food around the hotel.

Recommended for those looking for affordable accommodation in a strategic location in the center of Malang.

Overall, the breakfast was delicious, albeit simple. The location is easy to reach, close to UB. The only downside is that the hot water for showering takes a long time to come out. Even after using soap and shampoo, the hot water doesn't come out. Only after I'm done showering does it come out. Ouch.

Located in the city center, close to everything. Wi-Fi is often down, and the TV doesn't work except for YouTube Music, and even then, it doesn't work if Wi-Fi is down. You have to use a hotspot from your phone.

Trix House Hotel is located on Jl Terusan Cikampek, closest to Brawijaya University on Jl Veteran, in front of Brawijaya High School, Junior High School, Elementary School on Jl Terusan Cikampek. Easy road access, near the Mosque, near Matos Mall can be reached by a leisurely walk. Close to Malang State University. Room facilities are clean, tidy, comfortable, hot water, tea, coffee, water heater, towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, doormat. Family rooms are available. Rooftop restaurant with views of the city and surrounding areas, delicious food. Awesome.

Nyore, I happened to get a window facing the school. It's always my first choice for overnight stays. Strategic location. Sat set. Nice room. Suitable for couples, especially alone. Not creepy.
