Friendly staff, very close to the airport.

The hotel food is very delicious, the people are also friendly, polite and kind.

My family and I canceled to spend the night because the access road to the hotel was confusing, dark, and quiet. Lonely. There were no street lights either. It seemed like a remote area. Because the next day we had to catch up to the airport at 3 am. Regarding security, we wanted to go to KNO so we moved to the dprima hotel. The 3 rooms that we had paid for with tpaylater were forfeited. But it didn't matter rather than thinking about going to KNO at 3 am tomorrow 😄 passing through a very quiet, dark road.

Recently wanted to go to the inn, Didn't end up staying overnight because the road to the location was confusing and the surroundings were dark. Scared when I wanted to go to KNO at 3 am. The price on the app is affordable. The local government must pay attention to the surrounding area.

Hard to explain. However, the price is according to the facilities, but maybe this hotel will be comfortable if the sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are clean. Further improved.

The TV doesn't work, the pillows and sheets are really dirty. Lots of yellow stains and smelly.

Lokasinya bener-bener masuk ke dalam … sepi … kamarnya besar sih tp kurang maintanance. Airnya bau … Yang paling parah kalo mau berangkat subuh untuk ke bandara ga ada grab yang mau. Harus siap-siap cari alternatif transportasi lain. Pakai taksi gelap yang dibooking dari hotel, harganya digetok. Pakai bluebird taksi akhirnya. Mending langsung pilih hotel yang di jalan utama. Hitung-Hitung sama akhirnya harganya.

Saya pesan 2 kamar. Tetapi 1 kamar AC nya tidak dingin sudah 2jam.

Overall the room is clean and spacious, the mattress is comfortable and soft, it uses a bathtub, only the sheets are the same.🙄. There are stains on it😄

The room environment is not clean, the equipment is not complete, I am not satisfied with the condition of the hotel, that's why we left early to find another hotel.
