We stayed at Sleeping Lion Suites KL for Junior Superior King from 24–27 July (4D3N).
Unfortunately, we did not have a very comfortable stay. On the first night, we couldn't sleep well because the soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear guests opening and closing their room doors, and the doors are not soft-closing, so the loud slamming was quite disruptive. The mattress is also quite firm, and we woke up feeling sore the next morning.
Another downside was the lift. During peak hours, especially at night, the queue was very long, and we had to wait around 10 minutes for a lift.
The room's refrigerator was also not working properly. It wasn't cold at all, and the soya drink we kept inside spoiled.
The bathroom design could also be improved. The shower area does not have a full glass enclosure, so water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the toilet paper holder is installed beside the toilet bowl, which I found unhygienic as it could be exposed to splashes.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. However, if you are a deep sleeper and don't mind waiting for the lift during busy periods, it may still be worth considering because the location is excellent and very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.
