The facilities are comfortable, and the reception staff are helpful. Even though there were many guests during my stay, the service was still good. The room was spacious, but had a musty smell, probably because I stayed on the first floor. Overall, I would recommend it.

The water pressure is great, and it's located in the city center, making it convenient to get around.

I always stay here every time I go to Lampang. It's not crowded, and the hotel is close to various attractions, making it easy to get around. The rooms are nice and spacious. I really like the air conditioning; it's quiet, cool, and odorless. The staff are polite. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: - There was dust in the corners, on the table, and on the clothes rack. - On my last visit, I still saw coffee stains at the bottom of the glasses in the room.

After checking out, when I left the parking lot, the staff ran to my car and returned the washing up container to me, saying that I had left it in the room. They really care about their customers. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely come back again.

Clean and lovely room with "very hot" shower (we loved it!). That is not easy to find in Thailand! Satisfying breakfast buffet with various hot food. We'll stay here again for sure! Thank you so much for the friendly staff.
