The hotel's location was difficult to find. The bed was beyond expectations: hard, and the pillows were flat. I don't know whose room it was. The point is, I only visited this hotel once. I was offered a room with a window, different from the room I booked. It turned out the room offered was small, the bed was hard, and it made for a restful sleep. This wasn't an upgrade, but a downgrade.
