In our opinion, the score is 7/10. If it's for a family event or a group stay, this place is more than enough because it's efficient in terms of cost and comfort. Yesterday, the five of us were very comfortable and the remaining mattresses were unused. However, if you want to be a group, 9/10 is actually enough. Moreover, this is an apartment, so it's comfortable for gathering together, there's a TV room, a kitchen, fresh water dispenser, two toilets, basically it's comfortable. Now the reasons why I gave it a 7/10 are: 1. The internet can't be used, although trivial, in this era the internet is important. Moreover, the smart TV provided by the provider must use the internet. But in our case, the internet couldn't be used so we tethered it to the smart TV. 2. The smart TV can't access the digital TV antenna. Actually, there is a cable provided by the apartment to the TV, but even though it was plugged in, the TV couldn't get any TV channels, aka it was empty, ironically even though it was in the middle of the city. If this is a TV without tethering, it's clearly useless and just for display. 3. Smell. Actually, the trick is simple, you just spray room freshener before you have guests. Let it make a good impression at the start.

As expected, even though I was confused when I wanted to check in, the place was very comfortable and strategic.

Dapet harga 1,7 jt tp fasilitas kurang memuaskan: parkir di jalan, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup, kamar dan kasur sederhana, sabun mandi tidak mencukupi, tidak ada sikat/pasta gigi, magic com berjamur, tidak ada resepsionis meski via japri ownernya ramah melayani.

The hotel has a good location. But it needs more maintenance to keep the hotel more comfort and clean. Especialy bathroom.

Lumayan buat kumpul keluarga 🙆🏻‍ ♀. Kasur tambahannya ada buanyak. Lantai unit full karpet 🫶🏻. Begitu buka pintu seperti bau demek, ketika di nyalain semua AC, semua bau hilang, toilet kamar utama agak bau septitank. Mungkin ke depannya harus ada perbaikan 🙏🏻 tapi it ' s oke banget 🥹. Setiap kamar di sediakan handuk, kamar utama ada 2 kasur (1 queen bed, 1 single bed kamar mandi dalam, kamar ke 2 ada king bed dan toilet dalam, kamar ke 3 ada single bed) dan di luar juga ada tempat tidur mantap banget kalo buat keluarga besar kira-kira untuk 8-10 orang. Kids friendly 🤍. Check in mudah banget langsung di arahkan lewat wa. Terima kasih sudah buat kumpul keluarga berkesan dan bisa liat kembang api tahun baru. Sukses selalu kak 🥳😍🥰.

Apartement is very clean and very spacious, with sink, refrigerator, kitchen utensils provided, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The bed and pillow was very nice (soft) and I think it was more like a 3 queen bed instead of 1 king and 2 single bed (which is a nice upgrade from what is mentioned at the description). The host is very hospitable as well, we were whatsapped the check-in instructions before we arrived. Overall a very great experience would stay here again when visiting Semarang. It ' s a very great value option considering the price.

According to my guests, the process of entering the accommodation was not good, the parking card had expired, the bed linen was not standard.

The owner is kind, but the unit is very uncomfortable, dirty and lots of cockroaches.
