The pool had too much chlorine, and the kids all came home with sore eyes. There were still cigarette butts when we entered, so we didn't have time to take photos. The pool is for adults; children must be accompanied. The small electric hot water tank used for a single bath runs out of heat, requiring another hour of waiting for hot water.

The admin was very cooperative in helping explain the check-in/out process. The environment was quite calming, with the air still cool.

The house is clean, the pool is nice, and the view from the upstairs bedroom is also very nice. However, when it rains, the balcony in front of the upstairs bedroom gets wet. Highly recommended for a staycation with the family... I was very satisfied with my vacation with my family at Villa Nora. Next time I want to take my family for a staycation at Villa Nora again👍

The villa was nice and clean. However, the water wasn't working in the morning for a shower; even with the emergency water tank, it would come on briefly and then go out again. And the downstairs rooms were hot at night, as there was no air conditioning. Hopefully, this will be improved soon 😁

The villa, priced around 700,000 Rupiah with 2 bedrooms, is very comfortable and very clean. However, when I stayed here yesterday, the pantry drain was broken, and because I didn't know, the water overflowed onto the kitchen floor.

The security guard was friendly and willing to escort us. The facilities were complete. The price was worth it for a satisfying stay. However, the beds were a bit small for eight people.

Not recommended for bringing toddlers. Because the pool is open without any barriers and is near the entrance. As for the facilities, everything is really good. Refrigerator. Kitchen. Cutlery. The room is cool too. Karaoke. And close to everything in Batu City. It's also pocket-friendly. There's a little input. The water heater gets cold again if you shower for a while and then it doesn't get hot again. If you don't use it, it gets hot again. And the water heater is really needed because the city is cold. A very memorable stay here for a family of 6. There are 2 rooms, on the top floor with a direct beautiful view... City view plus mountains... The facilities are okay, clean and quite good.

The location is very close to Jatim Park 3. The owner and security guards are very responsive in providing service, and there are many vendors selling cheap items nearby. Thank you for the 3 days.... Thank God the kids were satisfied with the place.

There are only a few things to note: - The 2nd floor must be extra careful during the rainy season, because water stagnates on the floor, especially right in front of the stairs, it stagnates and is very dangerous. - The door to the 2nd floor room should be fixed because it is very difficult to open and close. - It would be nice to provide AC in the 1st floor room - At least there is a pan that is not easy to rust because it is quite important for cooking water and noodles. - Provide guidance on using the dispenser so that it is easy to use. Comfortable clean. Just a suggestion, all rooms should be equipped with AC facilities. Kitchen equipment for cooking should be upgraded again

It's nice and clean, unfortunately there's only 1 bathroom with a capacity of 8 people.. and the suggestion is that the pool should be fenced before something unwanted happens, it's dangerous if you bring small children..
