Mohon maaf pak, bapak ga pnya bukti sama sekali kan dengan review bapak. Karena jelas bapak tidak masuk ke penginapan, kita cuma minta bapak nunggu 20 menit tp bapak langsung hilang setelah menunjukan ktp palsu. Bapak request ke traveloka u/refund karena penginapan tutup sedangkan tidak sesuai T&C

We're sorry, you have no proof to verify your review. You apparently didn't check in to the property. We only asked you to wait for 20 minutes, but you disappeared immediately after showing a fake ID. You requested a refund from Traveloka because the property was closed, even though the terms and conditions were not followed.
