This hotel boasts excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and a location close to the culinary scene in West Surabaya. The rooms aren't soundproof, and I happened to bring a child, but that's okay, it's a new experience to stay here.

The room was comfortable, but unfortunately, the electricity went out yesterday when I was trying to plug in the hairdryer :(

The hotel is clean, comfortable, recommended.

I was a bit hesitant when checking in, it looked cramped and small, but after entering the room I was relieved, it was very clean, the bed was quite big for three people with children, not cramped, the bathroom was clean, there was coffee and tea in the morning, but at night it was a bit noisy because it wasn't airtight 🙂

The sheets and towels were very dirty, there were no tissues in the room.

Worth it with cheap price and good facilities

Bed sheets, towels are time to be replaced with new ones. They look very dull. The price may be cheap, but don't make it cheap.

The hotel I booked at sans hotel was terrible. The sheets were dirty and unsuitable, there were no amenities, the AC was not cold, there was no bathroom blower. The room had no ventilation. I just checked in at 11 pm, I wanted to rest but couldn't. So I checked out at 1 am. It also became a place for ice*ke ice*ke. Oh dear. I'm fed up.

The room is quite clean but there is no position for praying, the room also doesn't have a sign in the Qibla direction, the bathroom needs to be given camphor because it doesn't smell good, everything else is okay.

Kamarnya tidak besar tapi nyaman. Kebersihannya juga oke, tapi sayang tidak kedap suara, berisik suara-suara di lantai bawah juga kedengaran. Sampai pagi, mau tidak mau siang gak bisa.

The room I stayed in seemed to have been empty for several days, the pillows and bed cover were dusty, and there was 1 cockroach in the room. Just because I'm desperate to find accommodation, that's it.

This hotel is the best.
