Upon check-in, my first impression was rather average, especially considering the room rate of over IDR 1 million on OTA. At the front desk, there were two staff members (a male and a female, whose names I forgot). They seemed busy with their computers and only greeted and welcomed us once we approached the counter.
The room itself had a low ceiling, poor soundproofing, and peeling wallpaper in several areas, which gave the impression that regular maintenance from Housekeeping and Engineering is lacking.
Called to operator request for cleaning room, but she mentioned my room on departure list while my reservation should be two days. Request for cleaning waiting 1 hour.
