It's very helpful for me as a breastfeeding mom. The room is very well-equipped, with a large double-door refrigerator and a full kitchen. And what I love most is its proximity to the Cartenz mall, where you can play games like Timezone, which is open until midnight.

Perfect staycation at Herloom!

Overall, the lobby and rooms are nice, like a studio apartment. However, I don't know if it was just the room I booked that smelled like sewage, I don't know if it was from the mini kitchen or the bathroom. The hot water was also only hot when I first arrived, not hot enough. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, but it was nice to have breakfast while watching the kids swim.

The room is comfortable, clean, the facilities can be used well.

Overall it's really good, just a bit disappointed when checking in which took quite a long time..

Upon check-in, my first impression was rather average, especially considering the room rate of over IDR 1 million on OTA. At the front desk, there were two staff members (a male and a female, whose names I forgot). They seemed busy with their computers and only greeted and welcomed us once we approached the counter. The room itself had a low ceiling, poor soundproofing, and peeling wallpaper in several areas, which gave the impression that regular maintenance from Housekeeping and Engineering is lacking. Called to operator request for cleaning room, but she mentioned my room on departure list while my reservation should be two days. Request for cleaning waiting 1 hour.

Oh let's start with the staffs they all very friendly and welcoming well mannered giving you this qarm hospitality and then comes breakfast never bored with the selection of the breakfast menu in Herloom i stayed there almost a week and always excited every morning to taste their buffet. Although there's one concern the Pool kinda dirty me and my youngest we cancelled our swimming time because the water looks dirty and discolored. overall we are happy 😊

Nice ambiance, complete facilities, very spacious rooms, it's a shame the mall is quiet, even though if there were more famous tenants it would be cooler, the mall is really nice and luxurious, love it

Really enjoyed my staycation here.

Every long weekend I always stay here with my kids, the hotel is comfortable, clean, well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very varied and there are even herbal drinks.
