All staff are good, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the price is really affordable, I like it!

The hotel's facilities also need improvement. The TVs in the rooms aren't smart TVs, the toothbrushes provided are of poor quality and easily break, and more soap and shampoo should be provided to ensure sufficient supplies. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the rooms isn't cold enough, making for an uncomfortable stay.

This was my second night staying in a different room than the previous night. I was hoping the drool-smelling pillowcase wouldn't happen again. When it came time to check in, the pillowcases smelled the same, even though they were in a different room. It's true that pillowcases are never changed when guests check out.

The interior is very nice, the AC is cold, the water heater is okay, but the pillowcases smell of drool. They've never been replaced.

Overall good. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the blankets & pillowcases. I stayed for 3 nights, the first day the sheets had stains, the second day after being replaced with new sheets there were also stains, the third day the sheets were clean but there were stains on the pillowcases and what needs to be considered again is that the towels should be replaced because they are a bit rough & no longer bright white.

friendly staff, clean rooms, water heater, spacious parking area, location is in a small alley so it is quiet, close to unsoed campus. unfortunately does not provide breakfast but can order from the hotel cafe or find food near campus.

Got room 205, the room is clean, only the blanket has a little stain, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean but the hot water only comes out for a while, got 2 bottles of mineral water, only a few TV broadcasts. The parking lot is spacious for cars or motorbikes, the location is a bit deep so there is no noise from vehicles, if it's sunny you can see the view of Mount Slamet. The suggestion is to choose a room that has a direct view of Mount Slamet so that the customer can choose.
