The location is not very close to the city. But it's still okay qo the location is near the main road, the homestay is comfortable and clean, even though I didn't meet the owner but the process was very easy.

The house and 2 rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite clean and there is hot water. Got a towel. There is a washing machine. Complete kitchen, including a refrigerator + rice cooker dispenser. There is a SmartTV. AC cold. The garage can accommodate 5 Metik motorbikes. For cars, it seems like they can get in, but small cars and garage doors can't be closed. For food, walk a little 100 m to the main road, lots of food selling (evening and morning). To Tugu/Malioboro it takes about 30 minutes by motorbike. Note: When all the ACs are turned on (there are 3) the electricity is not strong (the AC NCB goes down).

Very comfortable, I recommend it if you go to Jogja.
