Honestly, I was scared at first because the Google review before booking was 4.7 but it dropped to 3.7 when I wanted to go to KL, but I still tried and turned out the room was comfortable even though there was 1 small cockroach but overall it was comfortable and maybe a bit less suitable for small children because the environment around this area at night is a bit too mature :) even so because the surrounding area has clubs etc. for those of you who can't sleep if it's noisy I don't recommend it, but if you choose the 18th floor you won't hear the music too much :), the location is very close to MRT Bukit Bintang, and Alor Night Market :), but the walk is a bit uphill, hope you wear comfortable shoes :)

I asked for a non-smoking room, but every night we smelled smoke from other rooms.

Everything is very good... They gave me a discount when I renewed my room😀. Only the lights in the room need to be added to make it brighter.

Very close to Alor Street. Easy access to the Bukit Bintang MRT. My request at reception for a non-smoking room with a city view was accepted. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was good and the room was ok

Only 2 minutes walk to Jalan Alor, a very crowded place every night for those who want to look for lots of kinds of food and drinks.

The location is quite ok, easy to find culinary delights.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, close to Pavilion and with easy access to public transportation. The room size is decent; however, there were many small cockroaches in both the bedroom and bathroom areas. I complained on the second day and requested the room to be cleaned, but even by the fourth day, the issue still persisted.

The lift is connected to the pub lift, so if you come home late at night you have to wait a long time for the lift.

It's surprising that the hotel card was only given 1, really. The facilities are already good because the room card was given 1, so the review has 1 star.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room was recently renovated and smelled of paint. The room was very dark even with all the lights on. The lights in the room turned off automatically. It took a long time for staff to come and fix it.

Staff is very helpful, location is so strategic, only 200m from Alor Street & MRT station. So many entertainment & restaurants to choose near the hotel. But the room is less clean, not so quiet because the sound from outside still can be heard. Overall good!! Thanks Starus Hotel
