The strategic location is very close to Alor. The only downside is the traffic, which can make ordering a Grab at certain times slower.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Two years ago, this hotel was still under the name "Stay with Bintang". The room is quite spacious. If you plan to stay with your kid, it's better to choose a king-size bed. The location is very strategic for a tourist like me as it is near the MRT station. If you're too lazy or tired to walk, you can order a Grab, but the road during rush hour always has traffic, and the lobby is small, so you need to get into the car fast. If you like culinary, this hotel fits perfectly for you because it is near Alor Street, and a 24-hour mamak warung-style "Al-Syifa", and a 24-hour minimarket K-mart, and viral food/restaurants (Moon Chinese Beef Roti, Nasi Uduk Alor Corner, TG's Restaurant, etc.). If you plan to meet with your Malaysian friends, it's better to meet outside the hotel if they bring their car, as the parking space for this hotel is very, very limited.

I've stayed here dozens of times. It's very spacious and close to the town square. The rooms are spacious. Recently, I was a little disappointed because I brought a guest to stay there, and there were no towels in the room. I've gone down three times to ask for them, but they haven't responded. Please improve. Thank you.

Thank you to the hotel and Traveloka for helping me get a free upgrade because the first night I couldn't sleep at all due to the club noise and lots of cockroaches. I could sleep for 2 nights on the 15th floor but it was still not soundproof. The door slamming in and out of the front door until 11 pm was clearly audible, even chatting and children were all clearly audible. The OA was safe for 2 nights but on the last day in the morning a small cockroach appeared and climbed onto my hand while sleeping on the bed. Hopefully the hotel can eradicate all the cockroaches in this hotel and provide soundproofing. Cigarette smoke also still came from the room next to mine, my child who is allergic to smoke also had a bit of difficulty breathing. Strangely, the person who checked our room for cigarette butts even though I was the one who reported the smell of cigarettes entering the room but didn't dare to check the next room and the cleaning service had come to smell my room very smelly but I was the one who was suspected and checked for cigarette butts.

There were so many small cockroaches, even in the bed. The club noise on the 5th floor was so loud that it penetrated my room, I couldn't sleep at all. I was afraid the cockroaches would get in my ears, etc. And the club noise only stopped at almost 4 AM. I asked for a room change, but they were full. I was offered another room with a broken door. I kept going back and forth with the receptionist because there was no WhatsApp barcode in the room as promised. And the staff had sprayed a stinging chemical solution for cockroaches twice until I could barely breathe in the room, but the cockroaches kept coming out. This hotel really needs a cockroach treatment. The sounds from the next room, closing doors, and chatting were also very audible. Even cigarette smoke wafted into my room, even though it was a non-smoking room.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and the location is quite strategic to Alor Street. However, it’s not very suitable for families, as access for wheelchairs and strollers is quite difficult. There’s also a nightclub inside and outside the hotel, so it can get quite crowded both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. Although we had a small unpleasant experience during the check-out process, our overall stay was enjoyable. I would still recommend staying here.

Location is close to everywhere, hotel facilities are good.

We had a terrible check-out experience. Upon checking out, we checked everything was safe, but upon inspection, we were told there was urine on the bed, caused by our toddler. As a result, we were charged a very high penalty. Hopefully, this will serve as a lesson to other guests to record all items and conditions before checking out.

It’s newly renovated, thus the ambiance is great. Perfect location as it's next to the MRT station and main attractions in the city center. It’s not noisy even though the party street is downstairs. I recommend this hotel to the max level. The con is the weak Wi-Fi; need to be in the lobby for getting a better connection.

Honestly, I was scared at first because the Google review before booking was 4.7 but it dropped to 3.7 when I wanted to go to KL, but I still tried and turned out the room was comfortable even though there was 1 small cockroach but overall it was comfortable and maybe a bit less suitable for small children because the environment around this area at night is a bit too mature :) even so because the surrounding area has clubs etc. for those of you who can't sleep if it's noisy I don't recommend it, but if you choose the 18th floor you won't hear the music too much :), the location is very close to MRT Bukit Bintang, and Alor Night Market :), but the walk is a bit uphill, hope you wear comfortable shoes :)

I asked for a non-smoking room, but every night we smelled smoke from other rooms.

Everything is very good... They gave me a discount when I renewed my room😀. Only the lights in the room need to be added to make it brighter.
