This is a relatively new hotel in Manado, with excellent service, a wide variety of food options, and one of the hotels with an attractive view overlooking Klabat Stadium.

I stayed for two nights in a Deluxe room, but the price didn't match the amenities. The towels were unusable, so torn they could be used as a tarp. My friend and I woke up with itchy bumps, and the bed wasn't very clean.

The room was nice and quite large, but the amenities were incomplete. When I went to take a shower, there were no towels, so I had to wait until the phone was delivered.

The AC is not cold enough, there is no bath mat in the bathroom. I have called extension 5 (HK) to ask for one to be delivered, but they haven't. The shower head is still dirty, the corners of the floor are yellow (need to be scrubbed), the glass in the bathroom is full of water marks, the shower glass has lots of water marks. Maybe it can be refurbished. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

First time staying here, overall it's good, especially the rooftop, I love it and can stay up there for a long time 😁 but the room is quite good and the food is delicious 🙏🏻😇

The room we were given was very disappointing, the view from the window scared the kids, otherwise it was just so-so... only the receptionist was very friendly
