The breakfast buffet was very basic and not up to standard for a resort buffet. The room was terrible as we have to bear with the sewer smell. Also, the hot water was not functioning well. It is worth to note that the route to this place was challenging as most part of the route were under construction. The scenery is unbeatable, however the management need to improve on the service if they want guest to repeat their stay.

Room cleanliness can be majorly improved. Especially the toilet. Rooms feels stuffy and musty. However, balcony is great. Clean and great view. Food is alright. Acceptable but can be improved. Hopefully this criticism can be taken as constructively because I would love to repeat a visit here. However I would only repeat if there 's a significant improvement in the mentioned areas.

Best place to visit in KK. Location. Best view environment super cool.

This resort is good if you want to run from city life and close to nature. It's just on the F&B part, we have to wait more than 1 1/2 hours for our dinner to be served. The funny part was that my husband and I ordered the same "Tuaran Mee," but it seems like they cooked it differently. It takes another 10-15 minutes for them to serve the 2nd Tuaran Mee. Maybe you can eat before you go there. For breakfast, they served a buffet so no problem.
