If you book through the app, you'll get a room on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator. The stairs are okay, with wide steps and small gaps, so it's not tiring. The staff helped carry your belongings to your room. The room is clean, with clean white towels. The room is cute, with an extension outside like a balcony, but it's closed. The outermost door can be opened but you'll fall straight down. It's better if you have small children, don't open the door from the room to the "balcony".

This hotel is actually nice... but it's a shame it's not maintained, it's not clean, there are ants, and it's dusty. The bathroom is spacious, but it's just like that: dirty, the floor hasn't been scrubbed (slippery, mossy), and there are lots of cobwebs. The pillows really need replacing... they're so thin!

Comfort is very lacking because there is no option for air conditioning, the weather outside the room is cold but inside is very hot, and other facilities such as the TV that is provided do not function properly, the channels are incomplete and very few can be opened due to signal interference.

A comfortable and quiet hotel on Samosir Island, the location is right on the edge of Lake Toba, with extraordinary natural views of Lake Toba.👍

The location is close to tourist attractions and what I like most is because there is a pier that goes directly to Lake Toba so it is good for taking photos. But for the rooms, perhaps you could provide a fan because if it's hot and you open the window, the mosquitoes will come in, so it won't be good to sleep. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. If possible, there is a goods lift so that if you get a room on the 3rd floor it will be easier to store your things.
