Cool it's cheap but there is a swimming pool, the staff is friendly very large room spacious but the wifi is a bit not up to the top intermittently

I really like the concept: it's homey. Instagrammable, the rooms are clean, and the lighting is good. For food, it's not a buffet; there's a canteen (affordable prices). The pool is beautiful both morning and night, the staff is helpful, and the location is strategic from Jember's town square. My favorite place 🥰

It's great, from the friendly and helpful staff, to the comfortable rooms, and the aesthetically pleasing corners. The swimming pool is open to the public, so it can be a bit noisy when it's crowded, but it's safe. Hopefully, the TV will be upgraded to a smart TV soon. Good!

The hotel staff was very friendly. Upon check-in, we were given a small piece of paper with our user name and Wi-Fi pass. Free bottled water was also provided in each room. The location is strategic, close to the UNEJ campus and Jember town square. The price is also quite affordable. While swimming, you can enjoy some fried bananas ordered from the canteen. 😍 It's so delicious!

Our stay here was a very pleasant experience. When we got hungry, we could order food from the canteen. The food was all very good value for money and delicious, and we could also eat by the pool while chatting with friends. The room was clean, with the bed and bathroom all in good condition. However, sometimes when we put out open food, ants would start to come. But that's okay, we can handle it. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable, with a non-slip floor. There didn't seem to be any hot water when we stayed last time. There are water refills outside the room, so you can refill your drinking water. Parking is also ample, with room for 4-5 cars. The location is very close to the city center and food courts, so you don't have to worry about exploring the food.

I stayed here for 2 days, initially not expecting much because I really needed it for graduation, and it turned out to be that comfortable, with friendly staff and free swimming. Love this place.

For the food it's just so-so, it doesn't match the photo, the price is also expensive for fried rice and others, what is shown in the menu photo is very different from the original and the service is very slow, for the kitchen ladies, one is not very friendly and they said free refills for drinking water but it was empty, oh dear.

The kids loved swimming in the hotel pool. It was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view.
