It's pretty nice, comfortable, and has hot water, making it very safe for my kids. The Wi-Fi is good, and the air conditioning is good. It's 13 minutes from Malioboro, and also half an hour to Prambanan and Ibarbo Park. It's safe.

The room was quite clean and nice for the price of around 100,000 Rupiah. Amenities and towels were provided, but unfortunately the sheets had some dirt on them. The TV was very small, but that's okay, so it wasn't too quiet. Overall, it was okay. The hotel staff was friendly, and we were allowed to check in early at 12 noon without a charge. Thank you.

It was actually quite decent for a short break. The bathroom amenities were complete. The mattress, sheets, and other items were clean, but there was an unidentified smell of urine in the mattress area. There was no hot water in the bathroom. There were cigarette butts on the table.

Easy access everywhere, no traffic jams. There are also shopping options nearby if you're looking for something simple. This is great.

Near the padel court, not close anymore but it's a bit noisy at the back but still tolerable.

Cool, comfortable and great for families.

The guard is friendly, the AC works well (even when it's hot outside, entering the room is still cool), the room and toilet are clean. The room size is spacious so it doesn't feel stuffy, it's very spacious. The location is also not too far from the highway. Close to a minimarket, you can also walk. The bed is wide (queen size) but the mattress feels lacking, maybe because I'm used to using an orthopedic mattress. Understandably, I'm starting to get old.

The hotel staff is friendly but the room is dirty and itchy, the sheets look like they haven't been washed, there are lots of dirty stains and lipstick marks so they are very dirty and I ordered 2 rooms that had hot water but only 1 room didn't have it, the shower also often errors and has to be held down to be able to use it.

For a temporary stay, it's more than enough. The guard is helpful.
