Beautiful, clean, I didn't think it would be this beautiful and clean, it was even better than I expected. Washing machine, cooking facilities, dining table, and especially, unlimited drinking water – you can drink as much as you want for free. High-end toilets, the bathtub was also excellent; if this place had a 6-star rating, I'd give it that.

New room, clean, fully equipped with basic amenities. Most importantly, the owner and receptionists are super enthusiastic. 10/10 points

I think At this price, it's quite ok for a room like that. Highly recommend everyone to come here. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I still choose to stay at myrcella ^^

Anh chủ cực thân thiện và nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ y hình, rất rất hài lòng,tụi tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lạiiiii, giá cả lại hợp lí chứ không mắc, nói chung là chất lượng vượt giá cả luôn ạ, dịu kha Trước khách sạn có quán bún đậu và bún chả cũng ok lắm, đi taxi xí cũng ra được trung tâm nữaaaa; ráng tìm chỗ để chê mà không có :))))))))

Một địa điểm thú vị mà các bạn khi đến hà nội có thể chọn làm nơi nghỉ ngơi, trang thiết bị hiện đại, mới, ưu điểm là có máy giặt và máy sấy áo quần nên khi đi nhiều điểm như mình có thể tận dụng để giặt sấy. Nhân viên hoà đồng, hỗ trợ tốt

The room looks the same as advertised. Fully furnished and complete service, including laundry machine, room service, and kitchen set. It is located near down town. Convenience market, Lotte Mart are within walking distance. I found the value for money is good. I extended my stay here and would love to come back next time; Especially if there is special promotion or discount. 👍
