The room is okay and clean, just lacking ammunition, hopefully it will be better in the future.

No toiletries, unfriendly staff, wifi doesn't reach the 3rd floor. Please fix this.

The room is spacious and nice. The view is like looking at the street. It's just that there's no TV so you can't watch it. 🙏

The room is spacious, but unfortunately the equipment is outdated and the TV has no remote. Also outside the room there are many leaks for fear of slipping.

The room walls are cracked and peeling, the AC is not cold

The room looks old and shabby, many of the mattress springs are sticking out and piercing the body, the TV has no signal, the wifi is slow, the floor outside the room is flooded and slippery, many of the ceilings are leaking, not recommended.

Customer comfort is number 1 so I hope in the future it can be better and pay attention to the cleanliness of each room.

There is no soap and shampoo. The room leaks and floods the floor. The hot water and shower are not hot. It seems like the management needs to be overhauled. The image has decreased a lot from before.

We stayed at B205, level 3. No lift in this hotel. Hotel condition at corridor and inside the room is very poor. The sink in the bathroom has no water because no pipe at all attached to the sink, either above the sink where clean water should come out nor pipe under the sink where water goes for disposal. The room is dirty. So dusty on the shelf. Sticky and dirty floor. Not to mention the condition of the bed and the linens. May management take some measures is for improvement.

The staff asked a lot of questions, were not friendly, were reluctant, changed people.

The room and other rooms were dirty, smelly, some of the electricity was broken. The ceiling was broken, the hot water shower didn't turn on. The blanket and others were dirty and smelled like they hadn't been washed. Very disappointed.

Kurang cocok untuk menginap karena sangat tidak layak.

Petugasnya kurang ramah dalam melayani dan terkesan angkuh. Memberikan penjelasan dengan sikap dan perkataan kurang sopan terhadap tamu.

Cukup buat transit, minus nya perlengkapan Mandi kosong, air pans gak Ada lumayanla.

It's pretty okay, but it's just not clean enough. Yesterday I wasn't given a tissue or cleaned my mouth.

The rooms are spacious and match the picture. The water is smooth, the AC is cold. In front of the hotel there are lots of snacks. Every time we visited the children at the Islamic boarding school, we stayed in the perfect hotel.

Top room, forget what number, far right, the AC is like rubbish, doesn't cool at all, no intention of fixing it.
