Staying with family for a vacation... Near the city center, friendly service, basically very pleasant and recommended for all friends.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the coordination between the reception staff was lacking. Upon check-in, I had given a note to the staff member requesting a proof of stay so I wouldn't have to wait for check-out, but it wasn't done. Overall, everything was fine.

Comfortable hotel and spacious parking

The room is very hot. It takes forever to cool down. The water from the shower is very low. Can’t shower properly. The sink was blocked. An engineer was called, but nothing was fixed though.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always smiling. Every afternoon, a housekeeper comes to clean the rooms. Access to various locations is very easy, as it's located in the city center.

The staff were most accommodating. They made our stay a very pleasant experience. The area is much calmer than the busy seaside where the other top hotels are located. Hotel Harper has a very charming and peaceful atmosphere with excellent views over the sea to the mountains. Transport to the seaside dining spots and other points of interest like the old church, the cathedral, or Gua Maria can be conveniently reached by Grab.

Strategic location, clean, very comfortable and thank you

I arrived from Jakarta on an early morning flight. I arrived at the hotel before check-in time. Waiting for check-in, I went into the restaurant to order coffee and finished my afternoon meeting materials. Before the scheduled check-in time, I received information that I could check into my room earlier than expected. When I went to pay for the coffee, the waiter said it was free. It was a relief to get free coffee and be able to shower and change before the meeting. Thank you for your service.

Because the flight was at dawn, I asked for a takeaway breakfast and was amazed by the delicious sandwich, the packaging was neat and safe on the plane, although there was a problem with the bathroom smelling of urine but it was handled quickly.

Every time I go on business to Kupang, I definitely stay at Harper, the location is strategic, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the service is also satisfactory.

Thank you! We arrived at 12:00 PM after an early morning flight. The front desk staff was responsive and allowed us to check in early so we could rest. The kids were happy and really enjoyed the pool. We felt comfortable because the pool staff (Kak Eman) was there to keep the area clean and safe. Thank you!
