Everything was great. There's just no elevator, but that's no problem. Check-in took a bit of a while, probably because there weren't many staff.

The location is very strategic, the service is very friendly, the rooms are also clean.

I checked in at night, but the receptionist was unenthusiastic. There's no elevator, so I had to climb the stairs to the third floor. The floor was dusty, as if I'd been given a room that hadn't been used for a long time. The pillows were dirty, and the bolsters had no covers. The sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been washed, and many of them were dirty. I didn't try the food, as I was too disgusted to check out early in the morning. So, my rating for the food was mediocre.

The room was very spacious, making our staycation very satisfying, accommodating my two active children. A small suggestion would be to add more amenities, such as a stirring spoon and a small towel for the bathroom. Otherwise, our stay at the Asyana Suite was very satisfying.

Help with check-in, cheap holiday packages, clean swimming pool.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times. I really like all the facilities. Highly recommended for family vacations. I'd suggest adding an elevator so that if you get a top floor, it's easier to carry your luggage up to the third floor. But overall, the facilities are great, I like them.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is not far from the city, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the swimming pool is also very clean, there is a playground area that makes the kids feel at home for a long time at the hotel. For only 300 thousand rupiah, you get a free all-you-can-eat breakfast, it's really cheap, the food is delicious and varied. This will be my next regular hotel.

The room was quite spacious for 350,000 Rupiah. Breakfast was very cheap, but the food tasted so-so and wasn't very varied, but it was okay. On the day before, they called and said there wasn't a refrigerator, but it turns out there was. It said there was a sitting area, but it turned out there wasn't one.

The staff is friendly. The location is not far. The food is delicious. The facilities are good. Cheap but not cheap. I think I will come here again sometime.

It's great that the hotel is close to the market, it's really easy to get everywhere, but the breakfast is lacking.
